Ripley’s Planet Jellies | Branding | Case Study
For 17 years, Ripley’s Aquarium has been rated the #1 aquarium of the Carolina’s, winning many awards including Trip Advisor’s Traveler’s Choice Award, and the South Carolina’s Governor’s Cup for the state’s Top Attraction. It is also one of the top attractions in Myrtle Beach for tourist year after year. In 2015, Ripley’s decided it was time to give it’s millions of fans something new – an all new 5000 sq. ft. expansion featuring 10 new interactive displays and making this the largest and first expansion ever at the Aquarium.
Our goal was to bring the excitement and wonderment of jelly fish and take visitors on a voyage into their world – a virtual experience visiting the wonderful world of Planet Jelly. The primary media for the campaign focused on outdoor and we took advantage of creative extensions, mesmerizing imagery, and board placement to create the ultimate adventure to Planet Jellies. The out of this world visuals and out of the box outdoor designs create a surreal and unique eye catching call to action.
